I am writing to share my experience shopping with magic wheel over the past year.i have consistently received amazing and very helpful customer service. Recently, when things became difficult for me the account manager Coco was absolutely wonderful and supportive. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service provided.

I had a great experience with Magic Wheels from start to finish. Addison and the staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me choose the perfect setup, and made sure everything fit exactly as it should. The installation was quick, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My vehicle looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Magic Wheels to anyone looking for great customer service, quality products, and expert installation. I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades!

Awesome experience with the staff. They were quick and efficient and didn't try to sell me what I didn't want or need. Fast service and affordable. Will be recommending the. To friends and family.

I would not recommend Magic Wheels based on my experience. I have only 5 payments left on my vehicle and have never been late before. Due to an issue with my bank, I let Coco know that my payment would be late. Instead of showing any understanding or working with me, she was extremely rude and unwilling to give me any time. After only two missed calls, she was already threatening repossession and tire removal. When I got home, I found out she had even come looking for my car. As a customer who has consistently made payments and was upfront about a temporary issue, I felt completely disrespected and treated unfairly. What made the situation even worse was that when I asked to speak with management, Coco refused. There was no attempt to resolve the issue professionally or provide another point of contact. Customer service should include compassion and consideration, especially for loyal customers with a strong payment history. Coco is the reason I will forever tell people not to do business with Magic Wheels. If you’re looking for a company that values its customers and communicates respectfully, I would recommend RNR instead. Very disappointed with the way this situation was bei

I was amazed at the large selection of rims that was available. My first encounter was great and I was able to pick out some nice rims; however, I had to take the vehicle back twice due to an tire alignment issue with the new rims and tires which was a safety concern. My car was shaking repeatedly and noticeably off balance. When I took the vehicle back to have the rims and tires checked, myself and my husband encountered a heated argument with the representative which was very distasteful. We were treated poorly as if I was not telling the truth about the discrepancy with the rims and tires. The argument lasted for about 20 minutes with no intervention from management until I asked for the manager. All I wanted them to do was check the tires and rims and fix the issue! I do not want anyone to experience that type of behavior because that is not customer service. To be fair with this comment the manager did offer me options eventually- That situation did not have to turn negative if they were more solution focused from the beginning. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this store. I would say weigh all options and other rim shops due to the horrific argument and disrespect. That is n
